Format
Three-day symposium organized end-to-end by CoDeC. Three parallel tracks ran simultaneously, each with its own selection round, problem set, and finale judging rubric:
- Full-Stack Development — product-build sprint with a brief judged on shipped functionality and code quality.
- Machine Learning — applied ML challenge with a held-out evaluation set.
- Competitive Programming — algorithmic contest run on partner platform infrastructure.
Reach
350+ participants across 87 teams, from MIT-WPU and external engineering colleges. Partner network secured through direct outreach and negotiation: GeeksforGeeks, HackerRank, AlgoZenith.
What I led
Led a core team of 15–20, owning track design, scheduling, judge coordination, and day-of operations across all three tracks. Managed sponsor deliverables and external-college registrations end to end. The CoDeC team is the surface area; the multi-week coordination across partner orgs was where the real work lived.
